Fees
Our fees are based on a percentage of your collections. The rates are adjusted downwards as your clinic grows and prospers. That means, as you grow, you end up paying less of a percentage of total collections. Other fees may include the cost of stamps and envelopes for invoicing patients, and a small standard fee for use of the website and clearinghouse. Our rates are among the lowest in the industry. Collectively, the cost of using our service is far less than attempting to do your own billing in-house. If you are a start-up medical office, using our service is the most cost-effective way to minimize expenses. We do it right for you, the first time and everytime!
Credentialing
Obtaining necessary identification numbers, such as an NPI, UPIN, Medicare and other insurance ID's can be tedious and frustrating. Our unique service can assist you in obtaining all necessary identifiers to ensure you're placed on pertinent insurers payment lists. Or, if you are attempting to obtain an HMO contract, we can help you review it and offer suggestions so that you may receive fair and optimum reimbursement on services rendered. This service may be particularly important for start-up clinics with no contracts and no experience in dealing with HMO's. We will not charge you any additional fees for credentialing assistance.
Past Due Recovery/Collections
Unlike many medical billing services, we do not send overdue bills out to separate third party collection agencies. All collections, including those which may be past 90 days due, are handled in-house. With your permission, we will aggressively work to collect all dues, with respect and dignity to the patient..
